High-temperature analyzer modules
The-high-temperature analyzer modules OXYMAT 7 and ULTRAMAT 7 are designed solely
for wall-mounted devices and, because of their size, can only be installed individually into the
wall-mounted device. A high-temperature analyzer modules takes up both slots (AM1 and
AM2). For additional information on the layout of the gas connections for the OXYMAT 7,
refer to the Figure 6-3 Gas connections of a high-temperature OXYMAT 7 in the wall-
mounted unit, bottom (Page 45).
