In Properties, we set ThresholdBlack and ThresholdWhite to 0 and 130, specifying the gray-
scale range (0-255) the system will look for. These are explained at the bottom of the window.
Typically, you could zoom in on the image and check what gray scale range would cover 90%
of the part.
