Appendix 2
The buffer memory is used to exchange data between the RJ71LP21-25 and the CPU module. Buffer memory values are
defaulted when the CPU module is reset or the system is powered off.

List of buffer memory addresses

• Do not write data to the system area. Doing so may cause malfunction of the programmable controller
system.
