Direct access to link devices

This function allows direct access to the link devices of the RJ71LP21-25 from the program.
Specify a link device (LB, LW, LX, LY, SB, SW) as the link direct device (J\) for direct access.
Specification method
Specify the network number and the link device of the RJ71LP21-25 for reading or writing.
