12 Operation Test

1. Preparations for Test
(1) Do not turn on the power switch before all installation is finished.
(2) Connect wires correctly and firmly.
(3) Open the check valve.
(4) Remove all dust.
Testing
(1) Turn on the power switch and press ON/OFF button.
(2) Press MODE button and select COOL, HEAT, or FAN, etc to test whether it operates normally.
Pay attention to the following items during installation and check after installation is finished.
Items to be checked
Is the indoor unit fixed firmly?
Is the gas leakage test finished?
Is the unit fully insulated?
Does drainage flow smoothly?
Does the power supply voltage correspond to that
shown on the nameplate?
Are wiring and piping correct?
Is the unit safely earthed?
Does wiring size meet specifications?
Is there something blocking the air outlet or intake of
either the indoor or outdoor unit?
Have refrigerant piping length and additional
refrigerant change been recorded?
Notes to the installer:
Be sure to instruct the customer how to operate the system and show him/her this manual.
Be sure the electric supply that user applies within the tolerance (+/-10%, +/-1Hz).
Possible problems without proper operation
The unit may drop, vibrate or make noise.
It may result in insufficient cooling.
Condensate water may drip.
Condensate water may drip.
The unit may malfunction or the components burn out.

Risk of electric leakage.

Volume of refrigerant change in the system is not
