Trouble Shooting
WARNINGS
In case of abnormal operation (such as bad smell), turn off the power switch immediately and contact the service
center.
Do not repair the air conditioner by yourself because wrong repair may cause fire. Please contact a service center
to do it for you.
★ Check the items shown below before contacting the service center.
Symptom
The system does not operate at all.
The system stops right after it is started. Object at the air intake and air outlet Remove them
Cooling or heating fails to function.
NOTE: If trouble still exists after checking the above items, please contact service center.
Cause
Phase opposition or fuse broken
Power off
Loose plug
Batteries of remote controlling fall
Out of the remote controlling range
Object at the air intake and air outlet Remove them
Wrong temperature setting
Low fan speed
Air direction is not correct
Doors or windows are open
Direct sunshine
Too many people in the room
Too many heating sources
Dirty air filter

Corrective Measures
Change phase or replace fuse
Connect a power supply
Put the plug into place
Replace batteries
Keep the distance in 10m
Refer to temperature setting
Refer to fan speed
Refer to swing setting
Close them
Close the curtain or blinder
Clean it
