Prepare New Front Frame Assembly

1. Locate the new Front Frame Assembly (N9020-60261) in the kit.
2. Choose the proper Keypad Overlay depending upon the frequency range option of the EXA
signal analyzer:
a. If the analyzer has a frequency range option other than 532 or 544, choose Overlay,
Keypad, No EXM port (N9020-80167).
b. If the has a frequency range option of either 532 or 544, choose Overlay, Keypad
(N9020-80165).
3. Ensure that the front frame around the keypad is clean.
4. Remove the backing from the Keypad Overlay and carefully apply it to the new Front Frame
Assembly. Press down on the Keypad Overlay to ensure good adhesion to the Front Frame
Assembly.
5. Locate the Knob (W1312-40017) in the kit. Push the knob onto the shaft of the RPG.
6. Locate the Blank Connector Overlay (N9020-80140) in the kit.
7. Ensure that the front frame to the left of the display is clean.
8. Remove the backing from the Blank Connector Overlay and carefully apply it to the new Front
Frame Assembly.
