operated and maintained by specialists. All work must be performed
with the intended, intact tools, equipment, test equipment and
consumables, and must be inspected by the specialists responsible.
The specialists must be authorised to perform the required tasks by

Specialists include industrial mechanics or people who have
comparable, country-specific training and who have the following
