Table 3 Standard functions

The functions of the most frequently used modules FM-MM, FM-MW and
FM-SI are described, in addition to the standard functions of the control
unit.
How to operate and call the menus via the user interface is described in
chapter 3 from page 6.
In the following tables the factory settings are highlighted in bold in the
"Settings/Adjustment range" column.
Explanation/Function
Change the date and the time
The functions behind the stored parameters
and time programs are controlled by the
control in the Operating mode "Auto".
Central heating is provided or the room
temperature is set back at the specified
times.
The flow temperature is adjusted in the
Operating mode "Heating mode" so that the
higher room temperature set in the time
program (day temperature) is reached.
The flow temperature is adjusted in the
Operating mode "Setback mode" so that the
lower room temperature set in the time
program (reduced temperature) is reached.
Heating mode is possible, irrespective of the
times set for Auto Mode.
All functions are switched off in the Off
Operating mode.
Adjustment of:
• Indoor temperature
• Heating times/setback mode
• Modifying the standard program
– Shifting switching points
– Connecting switching points
– Inserting set points
– Deleting switching points
– Linking heating phases
– Deleting heating phases
• Creating new time program
Adjustment of:
• Water temperature
• Heating times/setback mode
• Modifying the standard program
– Shifting switching points
– Connecting switching points
– Inserting set points
– Deleting switching points
– Linking heating phases
– Deleting heating phases
• DHW heating
• Creating a new DHW program
• Creating a new circulation program
Remark
The date and time functions are secured via a
battery. ( Chapter 3.8, page 14)
The operating modes can be adjusted for each
function (heat source, DHW and heating
circuit) separately. The available operating
modes vary, depending on the function.
The corresponding system components can
be called up in the "Heating mode" and
"Setback mode" operating modes but not
adjusted. The function operates with the
values stored.
Inactive fields are highlighted in grey and
cannot be changed ( Chapter 5.1.1,
page 18).
When "Manual operation" is selected,
automatic functions are switched off
( Chapter 5.1.1 , page 18).
The corresponding system components can
be called up in the Off operating mode, but not
adjusted. The function is switched off.
If the system has several heating circuits, the
settings for each heating circuit must be made
separately.
( Chapter 5.2, page 18)
( Chapter 6.2, page 22)
To prevent legionella bacteria from
multiplying in the DHW, the DHW (including
solar cylinder, if installed) is heated to 60 °C
once a day.
If the system has several DHW circuits, the
settings for each DHW circuit must be made
separately.
( Chapter 4.3, page 17)
