Connectivity
To establish an Internet connection, the Internet connections in the
control unit must be established by an electrician.
WARNING:
Danger to life from electric shock!
▶ Installation and commissioning as well as maintenance must only be
carried out by an approved and qualified heating contractor.
▶ Electrical work may only be carried out by an authorised qualified
person.

Set up access to MEC Remote Portal
This function is not available in all countries. Get in touch with your
contact person for more information.
7.1.1
Registration of control unit
To be able to access the Buderus Control Center Commercial, the
control unit must be registered there.
The Activation code (registration code), which is glued to the underside
of the front cover, is required for the registration ( Fig. 1, [5], page 6).

▶ Select language [2].
The conditions of use are displayed in the chosen language.
▶ Confirm your acceptance of Conditions of use [5].
▶ Enter Your e-mail address [4].
The e-mail address is the login name.
▶ Tap box for Continue [3].
For verification purposes, a message is sent to the e-mail address
that has been entered.
▶ Open the e-mail account and follow the link in the registration e-mail
to the Buderus Control Center Commercial.
After clicking on the link in the registration e-mail, the Activation
code ( Fig. 1, [5], page 6) is requested.

After you have successfully entered the Activation Code, the mask for
entering the user data opens.
▶ Enter the user data.

Additional input boxes are:
• Address (Street/house number, with companies: street/house
number of company address)
• Postcode (With companies: postcode of company address)
• Town (With companies: city of company address)
• Country (Country code of customer. E.g. DE = Germany, GB = Great
Britain)
• Password (The password must be at least 12 characters long in
keeping with Bosch rules, and include at least one special character
in addition to upper and lower case letters.)
• Confirm password (When you enter the password again, it must
exactly match the password previously entered.)
• Agreement to the data protection regulations

Confirm your acceptance of the following text:

▶ Tap box for Continue.
The mask for the location information about the control is displayed.
▶ Enter information on the location of the system.
▶ Enter Additional name. An individual designation can be entered
here if required.
▶ Tap box for Continue.
The Geo position box does not have to be filled out. Tap the Look Up box
to calculate the geoposition data based on the details of the system
location.
The Geo position shows the system location on the map.
▶ Tap the box for Continue to save the user data.
Once registration is complete, you will be automatically logged into
the portal.
