Battery level Jumper setting

Function of the battery level monitoring requires that jumper JP5 located on the SMT-200 main PCB be set
to the BatTst position. When upgrading software on older SMT-200's it's possible that this jumper may need
to be repositioned.
NOTE: This option is not available on early SMT-200 models of revision 1 and lower.
