breasts, and that the lower strip is placed under the abdomen.
7. To tighten the band, unlock the front buckles and pull the front
adjustment straps until the band is properly attached to the skin and
is stable on the abdomen.
Once the belt is properly fitted, use the front buckles to lock the straps in place.

Open the buckle of the back-straps and hold each back strap in separate
hands.
