When the presser foot is raised, the clearance between the presser foot and the needle plate
should be 6.0 mm.
When the presser foot is lowered, the edge of the foot and the feed dog window
needle plate should be parallel

1. Raise the presser foot, loosen the screw to
adjust the presser foot position and presser
foot height.
Select the Embroidery Mode, attach the standard
w
presser foot , lower the presser foot and when
the Start/Stop button is pressed, the message
Presser Foot "P" should appear on the touch
screen.
Replace the standard presser foot to P foot and
set the pressure dial to "2", and lower the presser
foot slowly.
Turn the handwheel to raise the needle bar to its
highest position, then press the Start/Stop button
to run the machine.
If it is not working correctly, check the "Adjusting
the Presser Foot Sensor" (see page 27).
