Possible cause
Dongle is loose.
Dongle breaks down.
IO board plug is loose.
IO board breaks down.
Camera fails to load.
Camera isn't on.

The joystick is not verified.
The ball is not verified.
Recommended action
Reinsert the dongle.
Change a dongle.
Reinsert the IO board plug.
Change an IO board.
Press Service to enter and wait
for seconds, then exit.
Reboot the machine.
Change a camera.
Enter the Setting Menu-Input Test
to verify all the joysticks.
Enter the Setting Menu-Input test
to verify all the balls.
