    Derby Champion Club 4. SET UP & INSTALLATION NOTICE We do not recommend using power tools as they may cause damage. This product is an indoor game machine. Do not install outdoors.  Refer to IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS (Pg. 3) for places to avoid.
  • Page 10 Derby Champion Club 4.3 Play Zone This machine requires space for playing and for maintenance as shown below. Leave space around the game upon installation: Service area: 20 in Service area Play area NOTICE Your unit must be leveled to operate properly.
  • Page 11 Derby Champion Club 4.4 Machine Installation Before processing with assembly assure you have the following tools. Name Picture Phillips screwdriver Wrench Ladder NOTE: ALL NEEDED HARDWARE AND PARTS ARE MOUNTED ON THE COMPONENT. PLEASE REMOVE IT BEFORE INSTALLATION. 4.4.1 Marquee Installation Erect the large marquee as shown below.
  • Page 12 Derby Champion Club 4.4.3 Side Light Plastic Installation Connect the light plastic cables as shown below. Utilize Phillips screwdriver to fix two ends with screws as shown below. Connect cables Fix with screws Light plastic Fix with screws 4.4.4 Cardboard Installation Utilize Phillips screwdriver to install the cardboard with screws at the back.
  • Page 13 Derby Champion Club 4.4.5 Platform Assembly Installation Put Platform A and Platform B together as shown below. Utilize Phillips screwdriver to fix Plate 1 and Plate 2 with screws. Note: Plate 1 and Plate 2 are installed inside the platform.
  • Page 14 Derby Champion Club 4.4.7 Back Box and Front Assembly Installation Connect cables between the Back Box and the Front Assembly as shown below. Place the connectors inside the Back Box. Put the Back Box and Front Assembly together. Utilize Phillips screwdriver to fix them with the 4 connective plate by screws.
