1. Check that there is no overload.
2. Check that the module power is not
derated due to a fan fault.
3. Check that the power grid has no large
asymmetric load.
4. Check that the output is grounded.
5. Check that the peak load rate does not
exceed the specifications.
6. If the alarm persists, replace the power
module.
