Possible Cause
Bent hose
Defective pump
Flow too low
Leaks in the system.
Incorrect calibration
Invalid entry of setup
values for current output
or min. and max. flow

following parameters :
Flush_delay (DEL.)
CAN bus address (addr)
CAN bus baud rate (baud)
Invalid entry of pa.1 or
pa.2.
An attempt has been
made to change
calibration gas No. 1

An attempt has been
made to enter two
calibration gases with
the same value
An attempt has been
made to calibrate with an

Possible solution
Straighten the hose or replace it
Replace pump
Adjust flow
Check connections on the
measuring gas hose. Check
calibration data
The section "The setup menu SET."
on page 15 describes the valid
ranges of the values entered
See "Setting alarm relays, status
relay and pump control" on page
16 or "Setting O2 output" on
page 17.
Select one of the other calibration
gas entries where 0ppm is output
for entry of a new calibration gas
Find the calibration gas with the
same value as the one you tried to
enter and calibrate
Type in a gas that is not 0.
Check that MAP Check 9000 is
only supplied with atmospheric air
during offset adjustment. Check
flow conditions
When offset adjustment has been
carried out, all calibrations are
locked.
