5. Maintenance

PBI-Dansensor's oxygen analyser, model MAP Check 9000 requires a minimum of
maintenance, and as the oxygen sensor itself is very stable, calibration of the analyser will
under normal conditions of use not be required between the compulsory service inspections
once every 12 months.

5.1. Replacement of measuring gas filter

If the measuring gas filter gets dirty or blocked, it must be replaced. After replacing a filter it
may be necessary to carry out offset adjustment (20.9%O
order to compensate for any changes in the sensor conditions.
5.2. Measurement of the Sensor Reference Value parameter of
the Oxygen Sensor
This parameter, hence forth called
sensor. To measure the parameter, perform the following procedure:
1. Ensure the gas supply over the next few minutes is constant in oxygen content. If this not
be done, turn off the gas supply and allow atmospheric air to enter the sensor.
