Possible Cause
has an abnormal voltage,
which may be caused by the
following:
 The internal power chip of
the sampling control board
is faulty.
 The detection circuit
becomes faulty.
Cause ID = 1/2/3
During inverter software
upgrade, the version of the
software loaded is incorrect.
Cause ID = 1
The upgrade does not end
normally.
Cause ID = 1

The flash memory is
insufficient.
 The flash memory has bad
sectors.
If you cannot rectify faults with the measures listed in the preceding table, contact Huawei technical
support.

Suggestion
is rectified, the inverter starts
automatically.
2. If the alarm occurs repeatedly, contact
Huawei technical support.
Check whether you have performed a
software upgrade recently. If yes, upgrade the
software to the correct version again.
Perform the upgrade again.
1. Replace the monitoring board.
2. If the monitoring board is built into the
monitoring device, replace the monitoring
device.
