1.
Loosen the wheel nuts on the wheel in question
but do not remove them yet.
2.
Raise the machine.
3.
Remove the wheel.
4.
Remove the circlip (1).
5.
Remove the wheel hub. The front wheel hub
has four screws (3) from the transmission shaft
(7). The rear wheel hub has through screws with
square pin.
6.
Remove and check the O-ring (2). Replace if
necessary.
7.
Assemble in the reverse order.

Changing Wheel Hub Bearing

Circlip pliers
1.
Remove the wheel hub. See Removing
2.
Put the hub on a work bench.
3.
Dismantle the bearing retaining rings (1), (2).
4.
Dismantle the bearing housing (3).
5.
Drive out the ball bearings (4), (5). Use a press
or driving tool of a suitable diameter.
6.
Assemble in the reverse order.
IMPORTANT!
Avoid stressing the inner race when the new
bearing.
IMPORTANT!
Do not forget to retighten the wheel nuts
when the machine has been lowered from the
jack assembly.
