CLEANING THE GLASS
Use a soft cloth slightly dampened with a
neutral product specifically for glass, and
follow the instructions provided by the de-
tergent manufacturer.
The inside glass can be opened to
facilitate cleaning.
Inspect the water sup-
ply filter regularly.
CLEANING STAINLESS STEEL SURFACES
Use a soft cloth soaked in warm soapy water or products specifically for steel. Then
rinse and dry using a shammy leather where possible.
The condensation collection tray can be removed for more thorough
cleaning. If you need to descale the tray, use hot vinegar or a specific
descaling product.
CLEANING THE CAVITY
Clean the oven cavity daily to maintain
high levels of hygiene and to preserve the
steel and the performance of the appliance.
Fat particles or food residues may also catch fire
during cooking, causing damage to people and the
equipment. Only clean the cavity when it is cold.
Use one of the washing programs explained in the
"Rinsing and washing the
section

page
or, alternatively, if manual washing is re-
quired, use a soft cloth soaked in warm soapy water,
rinse and dry. Run the washing cycles WITHOUT
trays inserted in the cooking cavity.
The internal grilles can be removed to
make cleaning easier.
