During
manual
cooking, the user, according to his/her experi-
ence, sets the desired cooking parameters for one or more cook-
ing steps:
- cooking duration with set time or core probe;
- temperature in the oven cavity;
- humidity input/extraction (optional);
- fan speed (optional).
If the cooking cycle duration has been set:
- to time (e.g. 1:40 hours:minutes), the cycle will end when the
time is up (0.00);
- with a core probe, the cycle will end when the probe detects
that the temperature at the core of the food has reached the
value set by the user (e.g. 185°F).
