Press the cooking programs button and hold for 5 seconds,
until "MEM" shows on the display (this means the program
has been saved).
If the cooking cycle only has 1 or 2 steps, when the settings have
been made (temperature, time, steam, etc.) + press the cooking
programs button and hold for 5 seconds until "MEM" shows on
the display (this means the program has been saved).
