Automatic wash cycle
To stop the detergent from remaining in the cavity
and contaminating the food, after loading, you must
run a rinsing cycle. If you do not run this operation,
you cannot start any cooking cycle and the following mes-
sage will appear:
Warnings regarding washing cycles
- WARNING: to ensure the wash system works perfectly, make sure that before starting a cleaning program (CLN_01, CLN_02, CLN_03),
the temperature in the cooking cavity is between 194°F and 284°F. Temperatures above this range are not recommended.
- The equipment must be used for cleaning professional cooking ovens. Any other use is considered dangerous and unsuitable, and
should be avoided.
- Before running a cleaning cycle, make sure that the water drain on the bottom of the cavity is clear, to avoid any flooding in the cavity.
- Carefully read the product safety data sheet before handling and using the detergent.
- Do not open the oven door during a washing cycle as this could cause injury to eyes, mucous membranes and skin caused
by contact with the cleaning chemicals used. These chemicals are sprayed by the rotor in the cavity and moved by strong
air currents.
- After each wash, make sure that there is no detergent residue in the cooking cavity. Remove any residues by manually rinsing the cavity.
- We recommended using a detergent approved by the manufacturer. Using an unsuitable detergent may cause damage to the
washing system and the cooking cavity, invalidating the warranty.
- To ensure the oven cleaning system works perfectly, make sure that before starting a washing program, the temperature in the
cooking cavity is below 212°F.
When replacing the de-
tergent tank, ALWAYS
use personal protective
equipment
(gloves,
glasses, etc.).
Never touch the deter-
gent with bare hands.
