Timed configuration

Press the time selector.
Set the cooking time using the encoder knob.

Turn the knob clockwise or anticlockwise to increase or de-
crease the minutes shown on the display
Push the knob to confirm.

Configuration with a core probe
For cooking with a core probe, insert the probe in the lower part
of the control panel, removing the cap

Press the core probe button

Set the temperature using the encoder knob
3
Press to confirm.
The oven switches off when the probe reads the required tem-
perature at the core of the food.

Configuration with Delta T

Press the Delta T button
2
Set the core probe temperature using the encoder knob
3
Press to confirm.

Set the Delta T temperature (desired difference between the
core probe and the cooking cavity) using the encoder knob
5
Press to confirm.
Please remember to insert the core probe in the
oven before starting this selection.
