10.3 Static Route

Click Configuration > Network > Routing > Static Route to open the Static Route screen. This screen
displays the configured static routes.

Chapter 10 Policy and Static Routes
DESCRIPTION
Select none to not use NAT for the route.
Select outgoing-interface to use the IP address of the outgoing interface as the source IP
address of the packets that matches this route. If you select outgoing-interface, you can also
configure port trigger settings for this interface.
Otherwise, select a pre-defined address (group) to use as the source IP address(es) of the
packets that match this route.
Use Create new Object if you need to configure a new address (group) to use as the source IP
address(es) of the packets that match this route.
Click OK to save your changes back to the NXC.
Click Cancel to exit this screen without saving.
DESCRIPTION
Click this to create a new static route.
Double-click an entry or select it and click Edit to open a screen where you can modify the
entry's settings.
To remove an entry, select it and click Remove. The NXC confirms you want to remove it
before doing so.
This is the number of an individual static route.
This is the destination IP address.
This is the IP subnet mask.
This is the IP address of the next-hop gateway or the interface through which the traffic is
routed. The gateway is a router or switch on the same segment as your NXC's interface(s). The
gateway helps forward packets to their destinations.
This is the route's priority among the NXC's routes. The smaller the number, the higher priority
the route has.
