W Warning
Risk of burns!
The appliance uses steam pressure for cooking. Before using the
appliance, check working order of the safety devices (valves and
seals). Never interfere with safety systems except for care and daily
cleaning. Do not use the appliance to fry food with oil under pres-
sure. During operation, the appliance must never be used without
the pan inserted. Before starting a preparation programme, check
whether the appliance was properly closed. The housing, pan and
metallic components heat up while the appliance is in use! The pan
and the accessories may only be removed using the tools provided.
Use oven gloves. Hot steam is generated in the appliance. Do not
lean over the appliance.
Do not move the appliance when it is under pressure. Do not open
the appliance until the internal pressure has completely levelled off.
Never use force to open the appliance! Open the lid with care. Only
transport or clean the appliance once it has fully cooled down! Parts
that show visible discolouration, cracks or other damage or are not
seated correctly must be replaced with original spare parts.
