All LEDs are on the port side of the switch. Figure 3-3 on page 3-6
shows the location of these LEDs. See LED Patterns on page 3-7 for
details about interpreting LEDs.
Figure 3-3 shows the LEDs on the DS-8B3, but the LEDs are the same
for the DS-16B3; there are equivalent LEDs on the second set of ports.
