SMASHED HONEY POTATOES
INGREDIENTS
1.
Put 1 lb baby potatoes into a large pot. Cover the potatoes
with 1 – 2 inches cold water. Bring the potatoes to a boil,
reduce to medium heat and let cook until very tender,
