5 Ligações hidráulicas
A operações de instalação e ligação das tubagens podem
afetar o bom funcionamento do sistema ou, pior, causar
danos irreversíveis na máquina. Estas operações devem
ser efetuadas por pessoal especializado.
A bateria a água está equipada com ligações "macho"
com rosca gás.
As operações de aberto devem ser efetuadas com
cuidado para evitar danos nos coletores de cobre da
bateria.
O circuito dos tubos deve ser concebido de modo a
não criar obstáculos em caso de extração da bateria da
unidade.
A entrada e a saída da água devem permitir a permuta
térmica em contracorrente, assim, siga as indicações
das etiquetas de ENTRADA DE ÁGUA e SAÍDA DE ÁGUA.
Assegure uma válvula de descompressão em cima e
outra de descarga em baixo.
Apoie adequadamente os tubos no exterior da secção
para evitar carregar a bateria com o respetivo peso.
Após efetuar a ligação, empurre bem a junta externa de
borracha contra o painel para evitar fugas de ar.
O isolamento deve estar nivelado com o painel para
evitar o perigo de condensações.
Assegure um dispositivo anticongelamento.
Assegure válvulas de bloqueio para isolar a bateria do
resto circuito, em caso de manutenção extraordinária.
No caso de instalação
particularmente frios, esvazie o sistema antes de longos
períodos de inatividade do sistema.

5 Hydraulic connections

Correct installation and connection of the pipes is es-
sential to the proper functioning of the unit. Incorrect
pipe installation can even cause irreversible damage.
These operations must therefore be performed by spe-
cialist personnel.
The water heat exchanger is provided with "male" at-
tachments with gas fittings.
When tightening pipe unions, take care to avoid dam-
aging the copper manifolds of the water heat exchang-
er.
Pipes must be routed so that they do not prevent the
easy removal of the water heat exchanger from the unit.
The water inlet and outlet must permit counterflow
heat exchange. Respect the indications of the WATER IN
and WATER OUT labels.
Fit a vent valve at the highest point of the circuit and a
drain valve at the lowest point.
Secure the pipes to the outside of the unit with suitable
brackets so that the exchanger does not support their
weight.
On completion of all necessary connections, push the
external rubber seal firmly against the panel to prevent
air escaping.
Insulation must continue to the edges of the panel to
avoid condensation forming.
Fit a suitable anti-frost device.
Fit shut-off valves to isolate the water heat exchanger
from the rest of the circuit during extraordinary mainte-
nance.
When installing the water heat exchanger in areas with
a particularly cold climate, drain it in preparation for
extended periods of disuse.
