The pressure gauge 0 986 610 805 is part of case
0 986 610 800 (Denoxtronic-Set 1).
The pressure gauge 0 986 613 103 is not included
in the scope of delivery and must be ordered sepa-
rately.
The pressure gauges are used for AdBlue delivery
modules to test various system operating pressures, the
functioning of the switchover valve and suction.

The pressure gauges are designed specifi-
cally to test AdBlue delivery modules of the type
Denoxtronic 1.1. Use of other pressure gauges is not
allowed.

The measuring accuracy of the pressure gauges
must be tested regularly by a certified inspection
authority. This is the responsibility of the user.

If the pressure gauge is defective, it must be re-
placed with a new one.

Mounting support 0 986 611 249

The mounting support (fig. 6, item 1) is fastened to the
front left of the prepared working surface of the test
device 0 986 613 880 (4 M8 screws).
The rod 0 986 610 981 (fig. 6, item 3) is inserted into
the round receptacle of the mounting support and
clamped tight. The base plate 0 986 613 865 (fig. 6,
item 2) is fixed to the rod with two screws (M10).
The AdBlue supply module is attached to the base plate
for testing and repairs. The AdBlue supply module can
be moved into the corresponding position for use by
turning the rod and the lever on the mounting support
during testing and repairs.

When loosening and turning the rod on the mount-
ing support, always hold the base plate or the
AdBlue supply module with one hand to prevent
uncontrolled tipping.
