Problem
Juice sprays out from
the juice spout.
No juice coming out
while juicing OR
juice is running out
on the motor base.

CARE AND CLEANING

Always switch OFF (press START/STOP button) and unplug the
WARNING:
appliance, before disassembling, moving, or cleaning the appliance. The blades
at the bottom of the filter basket and in the feed chute are very sharp.
Always handle the filter basket with special caution to avoid injuries and damage.
Only hold the filter basket by the rim. Do not insert your hands into the feed chute.
Do not touch the blades with your fingers or any foreign objects. Ensure that no
one will touch the blades unintentionally.

le the appliance is still connected to the power supply. Always ensure that the parts
of the appliance are out of reach of young children.
Do not spill or pour any liquids on or in the motor base or power cord. Do not place
or immerse the motor base in any liquids to avoid damage, risk of fire, and elec-
tric shock. Do not use abrasive cleaning agents or aggressive liquids (e.g. bleach,
solving agents) for cleaning the appliance or any part of it, to avoid damage to
the surfaces. Do not use any hard or sharp-edged objects for cleaning (e.g. scoring
pads, knives, scrapers).
DO NOT clean the motor base or power cord in an automatic dishwasher!
Do not use violence.
Pulp container, juicer cover, filter basket, filter surround, and juice jug including the
juice jug lid may be cleaned in an automatic dishwasher. If possible, place these
parts onto the top rack for cleaning and select a low temperature program.
In general, you should avoid leaving any food dry on the parts of the appliance
after processing.

Reason
The juice is always splashing a litt-
le. This is normal.
You are working too quick with too
much pressure onto the pusher.
The juice spout or filter surround is
blocked with pulp.
The Solution
Use the provided juice jug closed with the designated
juice jug lid.
Put the provided juice nozzle onto the juice spout and
place a drinking glass under the juice nozzle.
Try a slower juicing action by pushing the food pusher
down more slowly.
Switch OFF the appliance immediately and unplug.
Remove any obstacles in the juice spout or filter sur-
round (see: 'Care and Cleaning').
