Diagnostic Information

The diagnostics screen shows information about the last call and provides current
network statistics. This information may be useful when evaluating call times or
network conditions.
To display the Last Call Report:
menu button, then press the number 9 key to display the

TX Frames,
RX Frames
RX Errors

The length of the call.
The speed of information transfer in bytes per second.
The protocol you are using for the call e.g. Analog, Packet
Buddy, H.323, H.324.
These fields are useful when the videophone is used for
videoconferencing. They show the number of frames
transmitted and received allowing the percentage error rate to
be calculated.
Shows the number of protocol frames received over the
network with an error.
