Connecting a TV Set
Connecting your videophone to a TV set enables you to see the video picture on the
TV screen and hear the sound from your TV loudspeaker.
The TV may be used as an alternative to the built-in screen and speaker, or you can
use both at the same time.
To connect a TV to your videophone:
• You need a pair of phono A/V cables.
• You need a TV with phono audio and video A/V inputs, or a SCART to phono
adaptor.
Connect one end of the standard A/V cable to Audio In on your TV and

connect the other end to Audio Out on your videophone.
Connect one end of the standard A/V cable to Video In on your TV and

connect the other end to Video Out on your videophone.
Tip: Make sure you connect video to video and audio to audio.
Using the TV
The picture from the videophone will appear on the TV screen as well as the
videophone screen.
When using the videophone handsfree, sound will come from the TV speaker as well
as from your videophone.
