Calling an Extension number

You can call an extension number of another videophone within the same network as
your videophone. The extension number is the last 2, 3 or 4 digits of the IP address, as
entered in the phone book. You need to set the number of digits needed to be dialed to
make a call in the Network Setup Menu. See "Intercom Dial" on page 14. NOTE:
Extension dalling is only applicable for calls to other IP videophones and group
systems.
To call an extension number:
Press the speaker button and enter the extension number of the person you are

Setting Intercom Answer
The Intercom Answer feature allows calls to connect automatically when an
extension number is dialed.
To set the Intercom Answer feature:
Press the

display the Communications Setup menu.
Press the number 7 key to highlight the Intercom Answer option.

Use the Right or Left arrow keys to select AUTO.

Note: If you do not want a video call to start automatically when your extension
number is dialed, set Intercom Answer to MANUAL.
