Using the Data Ports
The videophone unit is equipped with three auxilary data ports labeled Port 1 , Port 2
and Port 3. The data ports are configured in the Data Options menu.
The data ports can be used for data transmissions in a variety of applications ranging
from pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) cameras, PC-to-PC data transfer, external third party
peripheral control, or for telemetry data transmission, during a video call.
Notes:
1. The serial connection does not interfere with the normal video and audio operation
of the videophone
2. The remote videophone must also be set up for data transfer. The same settings
must be used on both ends.
Configuring the Data Ports
To configure the Data ports:
