Air cleaner
CAUSE
Incorrect fuel
Fuel filter is clogged
Multiple
Spark plug is fouled/wet,
plug gap is incorrect
Blower/Vacuum tube and
bag adaptor tubes are
not fully installed
Incorrect fuel
Carbon is built-up or
insect nest in exhaust
port
Clogged with dust
SOLUTION
Drain and fill with correct
fuel
Replace fuel filter
Let unit sit to air out
(15 minutes) or remove
spark plug and clean per
instruction in manual
Clean/ dry, correct gap:
0.024 - 0.028"
(0.6 - 0.7 mm) or replace
Install blower tube until a
click is heard. Make sure
vacuum and bag adaptor
tubes are fully installed
Drain and fill with correct
fuel
Wipe away and/or clean
out
Wash with mild detergent
