Operator can select "Yes" or "No" to the following functions:
Show alternate moon (shape)
Use Beep Function
(Unit will or will not beep when a button is pressed)
Show Hopper Temperature
(Will or will not display hopper temp. on home screen)
Allows user to set the Real Time Clock and current date in the unit.
Displays the last time the unit has been cleaned
Has current software version numbers for both the U.I. and Main
board

Press "Exit" button to escape any screen
the following conditions must be met:
A) The "Power Switch" must be in the "OFF" position.
B) Dispense head must be removed for 10 minutes.
C) The freezer cylinder temperature must be above 55°F.
D) "Mix Low" must be indicated on the display screen.
