> Set the number of stitches per inch.
– Setting will be used in BSR1 and BSR2 modes.

> Confirm entries.
> Enter and confirm profile name.
– The data will be saved. The new profile will be displayed in the profile overview.
> Close the window.
Saving settings as a user profile
Alternatively, you can also save existing settings as a user profile.
> Tap «User profile».
> Tap «Plus».
– The altered values will be displayed in a new profile.
> Confirm entries.
> Enter and confirm profile name.
– The data will be saved. The new profile will be displayed in the profile overview.
> Close the window.
Deleting a user profile
> Tap «User profile».
> Tap «Info» next to the profile to be deleted.
– The profile will be displayed.
> Tap «Deleting a user profile».
The selected profile will be deleted and will no longer appear in the profile overview.

3.10 Selecting a user profile

> Tap «User profile».
> Tap the required user profile.
The number of the selected profile will be displayed. The profile settings will be adopted as new basic
values.

3.11 Quilting modes

Your quilting machine has three BSR quilting modes and a manual mode available. BSR stands for BERNINA
Stitch Regulator. The BSR ensures uniform stitch lengths, no matter how quickly you move the fabric. To
achieve uniform stitch lengths, two optical sensors in the stitch plate measure the movement of the fabric in
relation to the stitch plate. Based on this sensor data, the BSR regulates the speed at which the needle
moves.
