Top Level Menu

Auto-null
Auto-null [ ] (default) – Manual Gyro null.
Auto-null [a] – Automatic Gyro null (computer controlled).
SG Reverse – Changes the direction (up/down) the Strain Gauge moves
the system optics.
SG Reverse [ ] (default) – move Strain Gauge up optics move up.
SG Reverse [a] – move Strain Gauge up optics move down.
Auto-Slew – Automatic (default) sets the slew rates for using the camera
in Wide or Narrow FOV. The manual slew rate adjustment allows the
operator to adjust the maximum slew rate that can be applied to the
SGA, regardless to the position of the optics (Wide or Narrow). To adjust
the Strain Gauge sensitivity, go to either Rate mode (preferred) or Gyro
Null mode, and use the Scan control to adjust Strain Gauge sensitivity.
Auto-slew position [a] (default) – Automatically sets slew rates.
Auto-slew position [ ] – Allows operator to select (change) slew rates.
IR Cooler on
IR Cooler on [a](default) – In the default setting the IR Cooler is on
which allows the IR camera to operate.
IR Cooler on [ ] – In this setting the IR cooler is off. This position is
primarily for use during daytime hours when the IR camera is not
required. Turning the IR cooler off during daylight hours helps to extend
its operational life.
Unified zoom
Unified zoom
cameras will zoom together to their respective maximum/minimum
positions. The CCD camera has the longer range so the IR camera will
follow until it reaches its telescopic limit.
Unified zoom [ ] – In this setting both camera lens operate independent
of each other. One lens could be a maximum telescope (NFOV) while
the other is at minimum telescope (WFOV).
Defaults – Sets the default settings (restore option).
