4. EQUIPMENT AND SPARE PARTS
4.1. Standard equipment
warranty card,
operator's manual with list of spare parts,
hitch,
reflective device,
support leg,
spray paint (150 ml).
4.2. Spare parts
Spare parts should be ordered as per spare parts catalogue, giving full name of part, its
reference number and information from its data plate such as: machine symbol, manufacturing year,
version and serial number.
NOTE:
Use only original SaMASZ equipment and spare parts. Spare parts of
unknown origin or new made feature lower strength and have unfavourable
influence on machine's performance and overall safety.
NOTE:
The SaMASZ co. does not bear any responsibility for damages and defects
caused as a result of applying non-original parts and equipment.
5. OPERATING GRITTER
NOTE:
Materials (fine sand, gravel, sand) used for gritting must be dry, stored under roof
and protected against dampness. Natural aggregates should be as uniform as
possible.
General requirements for road salts used in Poland are set out in
PN-86/C-84081/02. These are the following requirements:
- NaCl contents - at least 90%,
- contents of substances insoluble in water - max. 8.0%,
- water contents - max. 3.0%,
- potassium ferrocyanide contents - 20 mg/kg.
5.1. Mounting gritter to tractor
Conditions of mounting gritter to tractor
An agricultural tractor to which the gritter is to be mounted must be fully operational.
Gobi gritter has been designed to be used as a rear gritter, mounted on tractor's hitch or bar.
The gritter must be equipped with agricultural hitch or lifter with bar.
When mounting, between the machine and the tractor, no unauthorised people should be present.
Person assisting in mounting the gritter on, should be visible all the time by the tractor's operator.
The gritter can be mounted on the hitch or the bar, as shown in Fig. 4.
