2.3. Risks and prohibitions

NOTE:
Despite the fact, that SaMASZ company – the manufacturer of sweeper takes
responsibility for the gritter's design and manufacturing, in order to eliminate
risk, certain elements of residual risk when operating the machine are
unavoidable.
NOTE:
Presence of residual risk results mainly from erroneous actions taken by the
machine's operator and failure to respect the manual's principles.
NOTE:
When describing residual risk, the gritter shall be considered a machine,
which until the production start had been designed and manufactured in
accordance with the state of the art actual as per the gritter manufacture date.
Danger of cutting injury
Present when operating parts with sharp edges are being replaced. For any repair and maintenance
works always wear safety gloves.
PROHIBITED ACTIONS
Bear in mind the following prohibitions when operating Gobi gritter.
It is prohibited to operate the gritter being under influence of alcohol, drugs or medicines
impairing motor skills.
It is prohibited to operate the gritter by unauthorised and unskilled personnel.
It is prohibited to use the gritter for purposes other than mentioned herein.
