4-26.1 Two types of points are available for the
standard shanks (See Figure 4-38):
a. Straight points for minimum residue distur-
bance
b. Twisted points for incorporating some resi-
due

4-25.1 The DCS 3000 Depth Control System al-
lows automatic or manual depth control of
towed implements (See Figure 4-37). An op-
erator's and installation instruction manual is
included with the system bundle.
Note: Install an equal number of right and left
twisted points. See Basic Setup Assembly In-
structions, #2PD654399 for point location.
4-26.2 Two points and shank wear strip combina-
tions are available (See Figure 4-39):
a. Flow points and beveled wear strips for
minimum residue disturbance.
b. Flat points with flat wear strips for incorpo-
rating some residue.
