IMPOSTAZIONE PARAMETRI DEL TERMOREGOLATORE
I parametri impostati in fabbrica e consigliati sono riportati nella
tabella di Fig. 22; se per motivi di staratura si rende necessario ripro-
grammarli, procedere come segue:
- premere il tasto 4) quindi rilasciarlo e il display visualizzerà "SP n"
(dove n è il numero del Set Point attivo in quel momento) alternato
al valore impostato;
- per modificarlo agire sui tasti 5) e 6) per decrementare il valore o
incrementarlo.
Una volta impostato il valore desiderato, premendo il tasto 4) si esce
dalla modalità rapida di impostazione. L'uscita dal modo di imposta-
zione rapida dei Set avviene alla pressione del tasto 4) dopo la
visualizzazione dell'ultimo Set oppure automaticamente non agendo
su alcun tasto per circa 15 secondi, trascorsi i quali il display tornerà
al normale modo di funzionamento.

Il parametro AL1L, impostato a "-20", determina il valore della tem-
peratura di avviamento del bruciatore. Abbassando questi parame-
tri, ad esempio a "-30", si anticipa l'avviamento del bruciatore, da
95°C a 85°C.
Attenzione: in questo caso la temperatura del combustibile
all'accensione è più bassa.

Leva azzurra
Regola la posizione della serranda aria con il bruciatore in sosta:
serranda aria chiusa.
Leva arancio
Regola la posizione della serranda aria con il bruciatore funzionante
in 1° stadio.
Leva rossa
Regola la posizione della serranda aria con il bruciatore funzionante
in 2° stadio.
Leva nera
Determina il momento d'apertura della valvola di 2° stadio.
Deve sempre intervenire prima (di poco) della leva rossa e dopo
della leva arancio.
Non deve intervenire con la leva rossa, per evitare il pericolo che la
valvola del gas o del gasolio non si apra per niente.
Non deve intervenire subito dopo la leva arancio, per evitare la com-
bustione in difetto d'aria.
Per avvicinare il momento dell'apertura della valvola alla posizione
della serranda in 2° stadio, ruotare la leva nera verso sinistra; per
allontanare il momento dell'apertura, ruotare la leva verso destra.
Riepilogando quindi, l'intervento delle leve deve avvenire con la
seguente successione:
1° Leva azzurra
2° Leva arancio
3° Leva nera
4° Leva rossa
Una targhetta graduata con 4 settori colorati evidenzia il punto
d'intervento delle leve.

PROGRAMMING OF TEMPERATURE CONTROLLER PARAME-
TERS
Set and recommended values are shown in tab. of Fig. 22. In the fol-
lowing the procedure is given in case of resetting is necessary:
- push key 4), then release it and the display will visualise "SP n"
(where n is the number of the Set Point active at the moment)
alternatively to the programmed value;
- to modify the value, press keys 5) and 6) to decrease the it or to
increase it.
Once the desired value has been reached, by pushing key 4) it is
possible to exit by the fast programming mode. To exit the fast Set
programming it is necessary to push key 4), after the visualisation of
the last Set Point, or alternatively, if no key is pressed for approx. 15
seconds, the display will return to normal functioning automatically.

Rimettere lo strumento nello stato di regolazione dopo aver
controllato il funzionamento della sonda e dell'attuatore.

Push key P
The parameter AL1L, set to "-20", determines the value of the
burner's starting temperature. By lowering these temperatures, for
example to "-30", the starting of the burner is brought forward, from
95°C to 85°C.
Attention: in this case the temperature of the fuel at ignition is lower.

SERVOMOTOR ADJUSTMENT (Fig. 23)
Blue lever
Sets the position of the air gate valve while the burner is shut down:
air gate valve closed.
Orange lever
Sets the position of the air gate valve during 1st stage operation.
Red lever
Sets the position of the air gate valve during 2nd stage operation.
Black lever
Establishes when the 2nd stage valve opens.
It must always operate (just) before the red lever and after the
orange lever.
It must not operate with the red lever as this may prevent the gas or
light oil valve from opening at all.
It must not operate straight after the orange lever to avoid combus-
tion in the absence of air.
For valve opening to approach that of 2nd stage air gate valve posi-
tion, rotate the black lever to the left; to delay opening time, rotate
the lever to the right.
In brief, the levers must be operated in the following sequence:
1° Blue lever
2° Orange lever
3° Black lever
4° Red lever
A graduated plate with 4 coloured sectors marks the lever operation
point.
