Contact your administrator if you encounter persistent issues with your Pano device.
View System Information
Before troubleshooting a problem with your system, your administrator might ask you for the system
serial number, software version, any active alert messages, or other information.

Locate the System Serial Number
The administrator might ask for the serial number of the Pano system.
Procedure

Look for the serial number on the bottom of the system.

Locating the IP Address
You can view the system IP addresses on the Pano device home screen.
Subject to your system settings, up to two IP addresses may appear on the title bar of the home
screen. For example:
•
Main IP — Use this address to access Pano from the Primary Network.
•
Guest IP — Use this address to access Pano from the Secondary Network.
