No Dial Tone
Make sure all connections are correct.
See the "Connecting Network and Power
Source" section on page 2.
SoundPoint IP 500CS Does Not Ring
Check the ringer setting (see page 9),
and volume level (see page 6).
Make sure the SoundPoint IP 500CS
Station is Communicating with the
Cisco Call Manager.
