Bennett CNG Series Installation Manual

AC Power Wire Termination

1.
Connect the white 14ga. wire to the Timer Board TS1, terminal 1.
2.
Connect the black 14ga. wire to the Timer Board TS1, terminal 2.
3.
Electronic power must be connected to a dedicated 15-amp circuit breaker, which are supplied by the customer.
The dispenser is factory wired for 115-volt operation and must not be changed in the field. If this has been
changed in the field, the warranty is voided. Note: Electronic power for all dispensers at an installation must be
wired to the same AC line phase.

CNG Compressor Wiring

CAUTION:
Check with Federal, State, and Local Codes for conduit use in your area. Do not use PVC
conduit. Use only Rigid metal conduit. Using PVC conduit could void the Bennett Limited
Warranty! Note: Conduit must be potted according to installation manual.
CNG compressor wires are required for operation. Note: These wires are routed through a factory-installed junction
box. Refer to the Wiring Diagrams located in the back of the manual or the provided USB for additional information.

CNG Compressor Wire Termination

1.
One 14ga. wire connects to TS2 pin 7 (Motor Power Line Out – "A") on the dispenser power board. Connect 1 Red
14ga. wire through the junction box to Terminal Strip 1. Connect the other end to the CNG compressor system.
2.
One 14ga. wire connects to TS2 pin 11 (Motor Power Line Out – "B") on the dispenser power board. Connect 1
Blue 14ga. wire through the junction box to Terminal Strip 2. Connect the other end to the CNG compressor
system.

Data Communication Wiring

Data communication wires are required for operation of each fueling position with a control console or controller. The
data wires can be put in the same conduit as the other pump wiring. Refer to the Wiring Diagrams located in the back
of the manual, CD-ROM or USB for additional information.

Current Loop Fuel Wire Termination: (Dispenser Power Board TS5)

Refer to the 515 Pump Controller Installation & Service Manual or your control console installation manual for more
information.
SIDE 1
1.
Connect 1 Yellow 18ga. (- negative) wire through the junction box to the Timer Board TS3, Terminal 3.
Connect the other end to the 515 or control console.
2.
Connect 1 Orange 18ga. (+ positive) wire through the junction box to the Timer Board TS3, Terminal 4.
Connect the other end to the 515 Pump Controller or control console.
SIDE 2 (if applicable)
1.
Connect 1 Yellow 18ga. (- negative) wire through the junction box to the Timer Board TS3, Terminal 5.
Connect the other end to the 515 or control console.
2.
Connect 1 Orange 18ga. (+ positive) wire through the junction box to the Timer Board TS3, Terminal 6.
Connect the other end to the 515 Pump Controller or control console.
