Alarm: Level external storage tank too
high

8.1.6 Various alarms

Alarm: Water flow too low
Alarm: Airflow too low
Alarm: Airflow control outside the
range
Alarm: Airflow outside the range
Alarm: Leak sensor collecting pan
This alarm occurs if the liquid level in the external product storage
tank reaches the switch. The following causes are possible:
The level switch in the external product storage tank is not
n
working correctly.
The product metering pump for the external product storage
n
tank is not working correctly or has a leak.
The external product storage tank is filled with external liquids.
n
This alarm occurs if the process water flow is too low. The fol‐
lowing causes are possible:
The water pressure is too low.
n
The water feed is shut off.
n
The water filter is clogged.
n
The flow sensor is faulty.
n
This alarm occurs if the sensor air flow does not detect any airflow.
A red LED lights up. The following causes are possible:
A blockage in the supply cable for the ventilator.
n
The ventilator is not working.
n
The back pressure is too high.
n
The filter mat is clogged up.
n
The door of the system is not closed.
n
This alarm occurs if the control of the airflow sensor exceeds or
undershoots the expected value. The following causes are pos‐
sible:
A blockage in the supply cable for the ventilator.
n
The ventilator is not working.
n
The filter mat is clogged up.
n
This alarm occurs if the defined value of the sensor air flow is
above or below the required value. The following causes are pos‐
sible:
A blockage in the supply cable for the ventilator.
n
The ventilator is not working.
n
The filter mat is clogged up.
n
This alarm occurs if liquid enters the protection tank of the product
storage tank until it triggers the liquid level sensor. The following
causes are possible:
A component of the system has a leak.
n
The liquid level sensor is faulty/dirty.
n
The degasser or the protection tank are filled with external liq‐
n
uids.
