Answer a Voice Call Handsfree

This feature allows the you to answer a Voice Call
without lifting the handset.
(1) When you receive an incoming Voice Call, press
the MIC key.
The MIC key lamp lights red.
(2) Respond to call handsfree.
Internal Zone Paging With Meet-Me
Page
This feature allows terminal users to page over the
built-in speakers of the terminals within the assigned
zone or all zones.
The feature access code/feature key is set by
system data setting at initial installation.
For details, contact the system administrator.

Initiate Page (Terminal A)

Telephone party A pages telephone party B.
(1) Press the Speaker key.
You receive a dial tone.
Speaker key lamp lights red.
(2) Dial the Internal Paging access code for the
desired zone or all zones or press the Internal
Paging feature key for the desired zone or all
zones.
(3) Page telephone party B.

Answer Page (Terminal B)

(1) Dial the Meet-Me Answer access code.
Both parties are immediately connected.

Boss/Secretary Calling

A secretary with a telephone can use an appearance of
the boss' extension to screen calls for that extension,
and announce and/or transfer calls to that extension.
Additionally, the secretary can call the boss during a
busy condition and can send a message waiting
indication to the boss's telephone.
The feature access code/feature key is set by
system data setting at initial installation.
For details, contact the system administrator.

Call Boss from Secretary

(1) Press Secretary Call (42).
The Secretary Call (42) lamp lights red.
(2) When the boss's line rings, transfer the call to the
secretary's line.
(3) When the secretary's line answers, announce the
call to the boss.

When the Boss Accepts the Call

(1) The secretary presses Transfer or Trf.
