Indicates when speed feedback has exceeded threshold 2.
Applies a slew rate limit to the output if the current demand filter. This will then limit the maximum rate of change of current demand. Older types of
motor, especially if of non-laminated construction, may have a tendency to flash over if the rate of change of current is too high for the inherent lag of
the interpole winding.
Pr 4.33 is defined as allowed per unit change per second.

Slew rate in amps s = Pr 4.33 x RATED_CURRENT_MAX
This parameter is used to determine the correct firing angle in the discontinuous current region.
When enable an additional safety margin of 1 supply cycle is added to the bridge changeover logic. This may be required for highly inductive loads,
such as a motor field.
